I'm Alpha Doboyou.

I played third-division football in Norway, aiming to reach higher levels. As a slender winger, I struggled with strength and explosiveness—qualities essential for my position. Despite intense sprint drills, my speed barely improved, and a severe knee injury soon sidelined me for 12 months.

During recovery, I immersed myself in research on speed and explosiveness, devouring books that transformed my approach. After eight months of focused work, I returned to the field faster and sharper, leading to my best season yet—I was named the fastest player in the league and led in scoring.

As my skills grew, players began seeking my advice. Inspired, I pursued specialized certifications in sports performance, evolving from a slender player to a powerful, explosive athlete.
